You can purchase your items online and we will ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. Free Delivery Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery. Terms and conditions apply for weight over 25kg Orders placed before 11:00am will be shipped from our premises the same day. Tracking information will follow via email. Returns may be returned within 7 days of the order's shipping date at the buyer's expense 10% Handling fee will apply for returns after this period

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items, used molds, and opened kits cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault on our side (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).
